“My daughter, Harli and I traveled over 100 miles to visit Libby Lu in Huntsville, AL this weekend for her birthday. Harli was a bit overwhelmed at first and then her hairstyle didn't turn out to look just like the model in your flyer so she was very upset. It was nothing your employee did; it's just Harli's hair which is straight and thin. She does her hair in different styles all the time and is very particular about it. But your employee, Jennifer, was wonderful. She felt bad and didn't know what to do to make Harli happy, but she offered to do it another way. Jennifer never missed a beat. She never got annoyed with Harli and her demeanor never changed. She did a re-do and everything turned out great. Harli actually talked about Jennifer all day after we left. I had to tell you about how great she was with my child and her friend. We loved her. Thanks” ~Dawn McDaniel
this morning i felt really shy about this letter. my manager called me at 9:00 this morning telling me that a letter had been sent to corporate office about me. she told me that it had been posted in a libby lu magazine and started reading it to me, but i wasn't really quite sure how to re-act. X_X i was overwhelmed at the fact that it got sent to EVERY libby lu in the nation ((considering there are like 900 libby lu stores or more)). just the thought of having ALL of those people read about me..just..>< made me want to kindof fade away i guess. my manager was taken aback by my reaction and was like "XD WELL. aren't you happy?!" and i was--i just didn't know how to react, and couldn't stop blushing. >< but right now, hours later i feel really happy and giddy. teehee :D
